We at St. Joseph’s had the opportunity to undertake gardening as one of our school projects. Twelve students from class 3 were selected for this gardening project and were trained to apply their knowledge of science in this project. This project was completely organic and no chemicals were used in any form. They began from scratch- preparing the soil, sowing the seeds, watering, nurturing, and harvesting the fruit. They also enjoyed watching the same go in the kitchen. Our children worked hard and got the results.
